The Consulate of the Embassy of the Plurinational State of Bolivia accredited to the government of the People’s Republic of China in Beijing, has the right to legalize the documents issued and legalized in the Royal Thai and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and all the documents that need to be legalized (Bolivian embassy seal) must meet the following procedure.

Procedure:

1.            Notarization (Original or Copy of the Original and Translation to Spanish)

2.     Authentication of Notary´s Signature(This must be done by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam).

3.   Authentication/Legalization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist   Republic of Vietnam (This must be done by the Consular Section of the Royal Thai Embassy in Beijing or the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Beijing.)

4.    The payment sheet (bank slip) of the Legalization Fee of Bolivia Embassy should be submitted together with your documents. Otherwise, will not be received.(Must be made in person only at the Bank of China Beijing branch located on Sanlitun road #5 in the Chaoyang district of Beijing. Please note that money transfers are not accepted)
