Resolution of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Plurinational State of Bolivia:GM-NSE-26/2017

1.Please be notified that Citizens of the People’s Republic of China, who wish to enter to Bolivia, can acquire the tourist visa in this Consulate of the Plurinational State of Bolivia as well as in International Airports and/or land border check-points of Bolivia.

2.Please be notified that according to the Supreme Decree Nᵒ2097 of august 27 of 2014: “The list of exemption and extension of visas is amended (…) as follows: I. Transfer from group III to group II to the following countries (…) People’s Republic of China.

3.Please be notified that missing the Certificate of Vaccination against yellow fever, as a requirement for admission to endemic areas of Bolivia, is not causal for the refusal of entry to Bolivia. Likewise, there is an ongoing coordination with the corresponding instances for the opening of an office in airports of Bolivia where this Certificate of Vaccination against yellow fever can be issued.

All visa applications are personal, simple, and do not require the services of third parties nor agents. The only fee that each applicant should pay is the one stated by the law.
